    • Top 50 players advance to the BMW Championship

  • BMW Championship (August 22-25, 2024)

    • Location: Castle Pines Golf Club, Castle Rock, CO

    • Field: Top 50 players from the FedEx St. Jude Championship

    • No cut; all players compete through four rounds

  • TOUR Championship (August 29 - September 1, 2024)

    • Location: East Lake Golf Club, Atlanta, GA

    • Field: Top 30 players from the BMW Championship

    • Player with the lowest combined score (including starting strokes) wins the FedExCup

The FedExCup Playoffs offer a total prize pool of $100 million, with the winner of the TOUR Championship taking home $25 million.

It’s FedEx St. Jude Championship Week

The FedEx St. Jude Championship is the first event in the 2024 FedExCup Playoffs, taking place at TPC Southwind in Memphis.

Course Details

  • Course: TPC Southwind

  • Par: 70

  • Yardage: 7,243 yards

TPC Southwind is known for its challenging layout, featuring narrow fairways and water hazards that demand precision and strategy from the players.

Weather

The weather is looking great for golf in Memphis this week. The rain on Saturday is projected to come down over night so it shouldn’t be a problem. Wind is calm and it’s going to be HOT. The greens will be moving by Sunday!

Key Players to Watch

Nothing too crazy. The BIG DAWGS are going to eat..

  • Scottie Scheffler: World No. 1 and FedExCup points leader, Scheffler is the favourite to win with odds of +360. He has been in exceptional form, having recently won gold at the Paris Olympics. That new found dad strength is paying off! 😉

  • Xander Schauffele: With two major wins this season, Schauffele is a strong contender with odds of +750. He is currently second in the FedExCup standings.

  • Rory McIlroy: Known for his powerful game, McIlroy is another top contender with odds of +900. He has always showed up in the playoffs.

  • Collin Morikawa: With odds of +1400, Morikawa's precision and calm under pressure make him instant contender.

  • Tommy Fleetwood: The Englishman, with odds of +2800, has a strong track record at TPC Southwind, finishing T3 last year and T4 in 2019. He's also coming off a silver medal performance at the Olympics.

Storylines to Follow

  • Defending Champion, Lucas Glover, will not be participating this year as he did not make the top 70 in the standings.

  • Cut to 50: Only the top 50 players will advance to the BMW Championship, adding extra pressure to perform well at TPC Southwind.

The FedEx St. Jude Championship promises to deliver high-stakes drama as the world's best golfers vie for a spot in the next round of the playoffs. With a challenging course and a spectacular field, this event is set to kick off the playoffs the right way.
